I was despondent in the days following Uvalde. And I felt hopeless that anything could change -- not a new feeling since it's been 10 years since Sandy Hook. I was inspired by Thinking Caps who encourages kids to spark conversations of today’s most important topics. I kept hearing both sides of the debate wondering why it's a debate in the first place. But there was a huge void in the large gap between both sides -- our kids voices. They haven't had a voice in this yet they are the ones being murdered at school.
